Kiosk order station says "Burgers for Breakfast" so me and my family ordered burgers for breakfast. A very rude employee precedes to yell that breakfast is served until 10:30am. When we requested a refund for our order she responded that the manager had just left. Save your time and patience and go to a different one. This situation would have gone over a lot smoother had the employee used an appropriate tone towards us. Instead, she was rude and yelled at the kids.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Went after kings dominion and had to wait 45 minutes for my food. The workers were on the phone. The manager didn’t care and was too busy eating all of the hamburgers. I warned 4 groups of people not to eat here because the service was so terrible. There were more than 30 burgers waiting to be put in bags ands given out. NEVER EAT HERE. I think they eat all of there inventory.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Drinks are nasty. Lobby was nasty no clean tables or floors. Bathroom is a mess. Food was sloppy. The water from fountain drink machine was yellow. Drinks only had 2 options and they were both flat. Someone call corporate to straighten this Burger King out!!!

Showed up early evening on a Sunday. Drive thru was closed but there was no sign or anything to indicate that it was. I had to call to see if they were open. Ordered at kiosk inside at first, went thru process and waited. Asked where my food was, they said they had no order for it. Had to order again. $25 for 2 ppl later...fries were old and cold, food was slapped together. BK was already on thin ice with me. This visit sealed the deal on my decision to never eat at BK anywhere again. I haven't had a good experience with them in over a decade. How effing hard is it to actually care about your job and customers?
