They use to be good before they expanded. I went in to get braids and the lady told me no I need a perm instead of actually taking a look at my hair and suggesting another style

Overly tight braids. There is no sense for all the tension. Although the braids are beautiful. I will never return. There is a way to braid without excessive tension. And if you ask them to be easy they talk about you and purposely braid tighte.
