I needed to get a new vet for my cat and Mallet's Bay Veterinary Hospital was recommended by my aunt. We had some trouble collecting vet records from my previous vet, and over several weeks the staff diligently worked with me and finally we got in, and within a week! I've visited twice with my fur-baby since then. Once for her annual wellness check and again for a tooth extraction. Both times I was impressed first by the physical appearance of the place: clean, large open reception area, clean and spacious exam rooms, and onsite services (such as oral surgery) make it easy to have access to these services without having to look for specialists. The staff also impressed me across the board: reception, vet techs and vets are all curtious and caring and provide excellent, detailed and easy to follow information regarding the car of my pet. I highly recommend.
