There was a stagnant mold smell. After my fiance checked the bathroom we saw mold covering the ceiling. I requested a refund immediately because we have small children. I was offered a different room, however I feel that I should have been initially offered a room that was suitable especially because I have an infant. I did file a report and I received my refund the next day. No contact from management has been made.

Great location, really clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The girl at the front desk, Leslie I believe her name is, is the sweetest! Had no problems with anything. She was quick and friendly to check us in and she made the experience that much more better. She definitely needs a raise! I definitely will be back!

Nice place to stay if you need a place to lay your head for a couple of days. The negative reviews on here, I have not experienced myself and I’ve been here for two nights already. The room was clean, nice tv with sufficient channels to watch, close to shopping and food. It’s been a great experience so far. I see a lot of reviews about Ms. Maxine at the front desk being “rude”. Personally, I didn’t experience that. She was very friendly and helpful and was making sure that she checked off the things that she had to do to be sure the hotel ran. I believe that most of the people saying that she is “rude” were either just in a rush, or don’t understand the job of a hotel supervisor and what all their job entails. She handles everything SUPER WELL. The other lady (lighter complexion, y’all with blonde hair- her name escapes me but I’ll be sure to update after checkout) at the front was really nice and placed me as a priority, even though they didn’t have the room I wanted available. She had her housekeeping team clean it within 15-30 mins and I got my keys. Great job!
