Dirty environment. Mold on shower ceiling, paint is peeling like they tried to cover it up. Wires hanging from the ceiling. The bed was nicely made though. Microwave dirty, mini fridge dirty, walls extremely dirty, the rolling chair had nail polish or blood on it. I wasn’t able to get a refund but I didn’t stay no longer than 3 hrs.

Let Me start by saying I booked a 2 day stay 26-28th. Reservation #85494ED046027. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating upon check in and checkout. The elevator worked and so did doors I opened with key card. The area is a little rough. There was people outside drinking listerine. But people greeted me out tried selling me things in way in our back to my truck. But now in to the bad which is the rooms. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. I've stayed in 20 dollar hotels that were nicer and cleaner. Makeup stains (I hope) on pillows and a weird rubber cover over mattress (do yall get a lot of bed wetters) I've never seen in any hotel. The mattress was so worn out that there was a giant dip where someone just sat on the edge of the bed or something I guess? The television has lines in the screen scrolling up as well as cutting out to no signal about every 15-30 seconds for 2-3 seconds. There are black skid marks on walls? Don't even know what that would be from but whatever. The bathroom is definitely dirty enough to be a health hazard. Really better hope you don't get health department visit. There was sort on walls and doorway with hair stick to it. There was actual mold spots on the ceiling growing out like half an inch. Paint was coming away from wall and who knows what's in there. I don't really care if a hotel is outdated although price does dictate level in my experience. There was no breakfast due to covid, ok whatever is easy to serve packaged food but whatever. It's prolly better I didn't eat it touch anything from areas I can't see. If you have no problem letting guests stay in that filth then what is going on where guests can't see. I was flabbergasted this was a 100$ room during the week would have given 0 stars for room if possible. Yall really need to get your act together. I don't see how microtel let's you use there name. This room was worse then pay by the hour hotels I have seen that didn't get cleaned. But anyways a picture is worth a thousand words so I made sure to take some.

If only I could do zero stars!! Absolutely filthy! Imagine this… you drive down a back road after receiving shady directions from your gps… park and walk into a disgusting lobby manned by someone who would rather watch the cameras than interact with you. Possibly because something shady was happening in the bushes beside the hotel. You walk into a trash strewn elevator that takes you to your floor. There are chips in the paint and dents in the walls. You go into your room and it actually gets worse. The mirror has a crack fixed with the command strip sticky tape. The wall behind the toilet is destroyed. There’s a huge crack in the microwave door. The surfaces are sticky and have fingerprints still. The bed is made but has questionable stains all over. There are blood stains on the floor. The security lock that’s supposed to stop the door from opening is broken. A smoke free room clearly smells like stale cigarettes and there are burn holes in the bed sheets. I’m sure the only reason I didn’t find bugs is because I left before they could attack me! Absolutely horrible experience!

I refused to stay when I saw the condition of the hotel. The front entrance door was broken, the area across from the check in desk was filthy, that is where they serve breakfast . The elevator was filthy soda can on the floor in the elevator. The room was also very filthy. The sheets were dirty, the microwave was very beat up. The security inside door lock was broken. It is very unsafe and not presentable. Very disappointed after driving 15 hours. That place should be closed. This gives Wyndham a very negative look . Luckily I had Clorox wipes and spray with me. I had to clean and sanitize everything. Luckily I had a friend an hour away, I was able to get a shower and some sleep. The most disgusting place I’ve ever encountered in any of my travels. This hotel deserve a-000000 stars
