Very popular in Western North Carolina, Ingles is a good grocer. This store in Fayetteville GA, is up to par. Far less crowded in this area than Kroger and Publix. Deli food usually fresh. Not quite as many options as the other two, but still my favorite. Helpful staff.

They have good breakfast and lunch selections at reasonable prices. Just for example on Wednesday they meatloaf which taste like it is home made Thursday they have an excellent Salisbury steak. Friday is fried and baked catfish (swai) day. And Saturday is spaghetti day. Breakfast starts at 7am daily.

No, they have a section where you can buy pots, pans and small kitchen essentials.

No clue. Their emphais seems to be Southern cooking. I really would not want them to cook my Chinese food. There are enough Chinese food restaurants in the area.
