Office was clean and neat, easy to find, but gave it 4 stars because the young lady who helped me seemed to have a bit of an attitude, even had me put on the shipping lables . Couldn't say she had a bad day it was just a few minutes after they opened. Sorry FedEx, just trying to tell it like it is.

so disappointed. i still don’t know where my shipment is. the drivers in Bellingham don’t seem know where is Sudden Valley . My daughters birthday cake has been in their vans for 3 days now.

FedEx lost my package. OK understandable. But the real problem was that while they had gps coordinates of where it was delivered to, they refused to share them with me. They wouldn't even tell me if the package was actually delivered within my county. Their followup on their own lost package was almost nothing. They simply don't care. Because it was left without a signature required, FedEx didn't have to pay for it either. I now try to do business with companies that do not use FedEx.

I got there just before 5pm. Two other customers in line before me. Then 3 more showed up. The 2 service agents were trying their best to process the overnight shipments before 5:00. Kudos to them!
