The check-in was quick and easy, and I was immediately taken back to get my blood drawn. The person who drew my blood made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout the whole process. Overall, the staff was attentive and it was a positive experience.

If I could give this place NO STARS I so would! Just left this place and the front desks customer service was DISGUSTING. Needed a drug screening (this would be my first time) so I decided to walk in. As I get to her desk she asks me first if I’m here for a drug screening I say yes. She proceeds to tell me to WALK back outside to read a sign that’s on the door. Excuse me? So a simple “I apologize we don’t do drug screenings on Saturdays your welcome to come back on Monday.” Was clearly way too professional for her. Definitely not returning back to this location where there customer service is unprofessional.

I got here and checked in at 10:30 and I'm still waiting (11:50 now.) The check-in machine says they'll text you- so I waited in the hall. Wouldn't recommend.
