This dealer is better than the rest in Orlando. I wanted a ionic 5 , so I made sure that I was going to do my due diligence to find the best deal in Orlando and even surrounding communities. After checking with absolutely every Hyundai dealership in the area to include Cocoa, I discovered that Holler Hyundai was offering the best deal. At the time I put my money down on my car they were only charging me $3000 for the market adjustment. And that included a free installation of a level two charger. Which can be quite pricey, so I thought that was a pretty good deal since every dealership in the area was charging north of $4000 In market adjustment for that car - without the level 2 EV charger.. An also their honesty in their pricing and their willingness to share their fees when buying the car. I found that to be refreshing. But most importantly to me, was my salesman, James. He was such a good person to deal with. He was very nice and spoke to me as a person about things other than the car. Very candid and not patronizing. Also the finance person I dealt with, Josh, was a very decent guy for a finance person. Lol. I didn’t find there after market products that appealing for the price but he was never rude or nasty when I said no. He wasn’t flustered or anything like that. Maybe because the market at this time takes away the haggling and the headaches that go with it so it may seem more pleasant than it would have been normally. But overall I think it’s a pretty good dealership. I would like to think even in normal times, when you could work with the price more, that they would treat their customers with the same level of respect. I believe they would.

Geraldo was an absolute professional. Not only did he take the time to meet with me and give me full details about the vehicle. If he had something else come up, another customer or any issue aside from me, he was so gracious to excuse himself and that he would return quickly. Which he did and apologized if he wasn't giving me 100% attention. There was zero pressure for this sale and it felt so good to not feel rushed or guilted into getting a vehicle. Thank you Geraldo for bringing a spark of humanity to a process that is tainted by pushiness and over zealous sales people. Truly a wonderful car buying experience and everyone should get on over to Holler and meet Geraldo and the sales team. They will really take care of you.
