Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Management was really bad, rude, and nasty, probably the worst people I've ever met, a lady and her husband. I lived there 10 years ago, and I still have such of bad memories that I can't erase them from my brain. I have so many bad experiences with them at that place, I can write a novel. Back then, my family and myself could not speak English, and they behaved so bad with us. Please, do yourselves a favor: Don't go there!

This place is a hole in the wall. The decor is from 1970's. Bugs galore and the landlord is a slumlord. The manager is rude and doesnt know how to speak to people. The maintenance man is so rude i would be afraid foe him to be in apartment without my partner there. They never fix anything, and if they do its never done right. I lived here for 4 years and have leaks that they have never fixed. The laundry rooms are disgustingly gross and are never cleaned. The washing machines barely work. There are 4 of them and maybe 2 work at any given time. The manager doesn't deal with any issues. They will lie to your face and then deny it. Dont move in here you can find something a lot nicer for the money you will pay here. The exterminator sprays a drop or two and leaves. I had my own exterminator cause theirs wasnt working. They have bed bugs, roaches and rats. The outside always smells of sewer cause they need to replace sewer pipes which won't get done. They charge for background check but why anyone can move in here. No matter what your background is. Your children wouldn't be safe to go out and play. There are huge potholes and caused damage to tenants car and they won't fix them. No security cameras, homeless person was living in utility closet on grounds. It is not a warm homey feeling when u enter office. Manager is very rude and doesnt make eye contact with you when talking to you. She will eat her food, writing and be on computer never giving you a minute of face to face conversation. My opinion but for the money they charge here and no ammenities at all you're better off going up the road to another complex.

Manager is extremely rude, management also accidently gave me the name, home address and personal transaction records of a different tenant. Sorry John but I know your payment history. Pretty sure that is a VERY big deal. So your info may be in the hands of strangers thanks to them. Be careful.
