Noise from next door all night , barking dog below. Did me a favor for fixing dishwasher after 2 weeks. Moved out because I couldn't stand it and evan thought they had a long waiting list they stuck me. Traffic backs up at the gate if it works. The worst apartments I have ever lived in. Management said call the cops when I repeatedly asked for help

Happy to call Satori my home. The amenities are top notch and very well maintained. I moved here from Bayport North (a different Cortland property), where everything was lacking and don't regret it for one second. Maddie, Patrick, Kayla, Amy and the maintenance staff are AMAZING and run a tight ship!

We moved in about a month ago, and the apartment and amenities are great. Though, we have been telling the staff since the first day we moved in (via email and work orders) that our hot water has a horrible suffer/rotting egg smell. To the point that we cannot use it without making our whole apartment smell horrible. After the first two weeks, they stopped replying to us, though I did get an email asking us to review our experience of the property. There is obviously something wrong with our hot water heater or pipes and it saddens me they would ask for a review of the property, knowing there is an ongoing issue they are not fixing. The property is wonderful, the service is not.

This place is nothing short of amazing and the staff is wonderful. Ever since my first visit Patrick has been awesome and welcoming and will show you around the property. Kayla is the manager on site and she has always been so sweet and her kindness has helped me through some really tough times. The staff is always willing to work with their tenants, and I cannot say enough good things. As for the property, the apartments are beautiful, the courtyards are like walking through botanical gardens, and they have plenty of activity options. Also, they are so dog friendly! The only thing the dog parents wish, is that there was shade shelter, a splash pad, or a hose for a kiddy bath at the dog park. (We keep asking we will see how long before they give in). Also! The dog spa stays open until 11:00p, so if your furry friend is sandy from a beach day, you have plenty of time after sunset to wash them.
