Tank installation on 3 cinderblocks has to be the most ghetto, lazy, and ugly way to do this. I'm surprised it is allowed by code, considering it looks like a strong wind will knock it over since the cables are fairly loose. Why wouldn't you ask the homeowner for a $100 concrete pad that would look nice, be more sturdy & safe? Service is okay so far. I'll need to find a contractor to put in a pad for the tank.

It took about 3 weeks for me to get someone to dispatch to my home. That was after three phone calls and finally getting the last customer service rep to actually call dispatch on my behalf to get me an update as previous calls just told me that I was in the queue. Once I get to the person coming out, he was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest being assertive with scheduling and following up if you aren't getting what you need.
