If I can give zero stars I would. The lady in the front is rude and disrespectful. Does not have any costumer service skills and clearly hates her job. Don’t recommend at all.

On one of my visits to this postal annex, I went in to mail a package & was told that I would not be given a receipt, & that I could take a picture of the label instead! The last 2 times, I was told BOTH TIMES that the girl who works the postal desk was on break. The last time this happened, he let me stand at the counter (AFTER acknowledging me) for 10 minutes before telling me that she was on break! I'm so done with this place. Very rude, arrogant when questioned about his receipt policy, & inconsiderate of his customers. STAY AWAY!!! But WAIT! There's MORE! My wife wanted to give this location another try, so she went in with 2 greeting cards (normal size) that felt a bit heavy to her. She wanted to send them through this postal annex after buying the correct postage from them. She motioned to the pharmacist in the back (the only employee visible) that she needed help at the mail counter up front, & after he responded, he said, "You called me all the way up here for THIS?" in a very annoyed tone! After explaining that she needed to get the cards weighed & to affix proper postage on them after buying it from him, he held up one of the cards, WITHOUT EVEN WEIGHING IT, & stated "That'll be $1.67." When my wife questioned that amount, he thrust both of the cards toward her & said, "There's a post office across the street. Maybe they'll give you a better price." At that point, she walked out.

This was THE worst place to mail a pre paid, no envelope, fed-ex paper package. "Pete" was going to charge me $75, then $35, then $5 for the envelope. And for "boxing it up".. I left and do not recommend this place. Village pack and ship, was 100% better
