Love it here. Quiet neighborhood with well kept homes. Neighbors helping each other is great support for the 55 and older group.

I am not sure what service is offered in Spruce Creek. I live in The Villages and use Spectrum. Direct TV, Comcast and Dish are also available. Call the service provider and give them your address and they can verify service.

Are there any Motorcycle Clubs in Spruce Creek South? What about Target shooting club?

There is no HOA. The community is owned and controlled by a corporate entity.
