We do have two rec centers with many activities such as organized cards and board games. We also have 4 swimming pools (one indoors). Shuffle board, Bocee, Tennis, Pickleball, Softball, etc... We are an active adult community and we have many planned events to keep everyone happy.

Sorry ,I was only there for an Estate Sale. So I cannot help you. It is a gated community with a guard has several different kinds of homes. My advice would be to get intouch with a real estates agent to get good information if they have rents .This is your safest way to find good rents on what you like.Happy hunting ☺.
