As we walked into the door the greeter woman was rude and made us feel incredibly unwelcomed. We walked in at 8:20pm. The greeter said she would see if they were still seating or she would have to turn us away. We were then told we could only sit at the bar even though there were plenty of open tables at the lobby and patio which is where I wanted to sit. They definitely must have been short staffed because the tables were gross and everyone was pretty rude. Luckily our server Carly was actually kind to us and took our order at the bar. I am not familiar with restaurants not seating two hours before close. A man and a women in uniform kept bickering about the people being seated back and forth in the lobby so they kept sending everyone to the bar. I specifically told the lady I did not have my ID on me but she did not care about the rules as long as she didn’t have to serve us. Definitely never coming back to this location. The staff needs to be retrained and learn customer service.

Ordered chicken wings they were dry like a rock.. told the server he took them back and he said there will be new ones after 20 minutes he brought back harder not chewable wings . So sad I wasted 25 dollars for nothing

Id love to leave more details of the food or service but after 25 minutes of waiting after being seated in an empty resturaunt we had to seek out our server, who then did not come by to take our drinks or food order. Ended up leaving to find food elsewhere. I understand places are short staffed but everyother table had already been served food and two waiters were on floor so not really clear on what issue caused this.

Well we are from outof town and wanted to have some beers and a nice dinner, we came in at 9pm. We were greeted with we are closing soon and they only had the bar area open the dinner was closed on the grill they could only have wings ready everything else on the grill was close. But i thought this place closes at 10pm. Two familys were turned away beacuse of that. Poor customer service in that sence.
