Lady in the counter does not understand wing sauce on the side. She gave me sauce inside and on the side. I was supposed to share with my son (which I did explain)and now cant. Extremely upset at the lady on the counter. Part 2: the situation I was in did not allow me to make another stop which is why I was so upset. I called the lady and told her I was going back for my refund but in a couple of hours for my inconvenience. I ate the fries. Am I wrong for that? When I arrived, the lady asked me for the fries. I told her I ate them and she said next time you need to bring them in…. Really????? I wanted to explode.…. I have no words for that lady. I didn’t get her name. Older Mexican lady with died blond hair. Food was great. My review is about service.

This has to be one of my favorite buffalo fries place in San Diego and I have tried quite a few. I usually go about at least one time a week and every single time its spot on, I love the consistency and flavors they pack in their seasoning of the french fries & buffalo sauces. I have not had one single issue with their customer service or my to-go orders when I call in.
