I took my bike in for a gear adjustment and rattling fender. I expected to have it in the shop for a week or more. Instead, I was out the door in 10 minutes and at no charge! And they even put some grease on the chain. It could not have been a more pleasant and positive customer experience!

Joining the chorus of excellent reviews here: I want to sing praise about the West Ashley store. I have a bike that I was not totally in love with and it turns out that it only needed to be properly adjusted to fit me. The team at the West Ashley shop was patient and friendly and helped me select a nice rack to add to practicality of the bike and set it up while I waited. Incredible service and support. Thank you!

Incredible service and turn around time. I brought in a bike that hadn't been serviced in a while and the team there completed the service and cleaned my bike in less than 24 hours. They also laid out all of my options for a tune up and did not try to upsell me to a more expensive option that I didn't need.

Awesome service! The workers here are very friendly, understanding, and overall just fantastic. I came before they opened accidentally and instead of telling me to wait they served me right then and there. They also fixed my back brake for no charge because of the simplicity of the fix. Definitely five out of five stars!

The store is open normal business hours and we are allowing people inside the store. We are requiring customers and staff to wear MASKS to be inside. We supply free masks and hand sanitizer for anyone needing it and are cleaning all touch points throughout the day. We have also continued offering our contactless assistance over the phone, text, website, email, and curbside. Our website is updated daily with inventory and any news worth passing along. Cheers!
