Really decent laundromat but I had to use the bathroom and had to leave my clothes to go to McDonalds when there’s a perfectly fine restroom there. Couldn’t find an employee

OFTEN GOOD STAFF AND OCCASIONALLY RUDE STAFF..ESPECIALLY MGR WHO IS IN CHARGE OF WORKERS ASSIGNMENTS YET SHE HERSELF TYPICALLY WORKS ONLY 1 SHIFT..THE LAUNDRY ITSELF IS OFTEN CLEANED AND ROOMY ...WITH GOOD VALUES FOR PURCHASING A PREPAY CARD(NO COST)AND IF ADDI G $10...GET $2 EXTRS BANG FOR BUCK...THE DRYERS OFTEN RUN WELL AND HOT AND .25 GETS YOU 7 MINUTES..GENERALLY BETTER THAN 5 LUKEWARMINUTES AT SOME OTHER LAUNDRIES..!!! VIRTUALLY ALL OF THE STAFF IS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL WITH ISSUES ABOUT INOPETATIVE MACHINES THAT OCCASIONALLY TAKE MONEY..USUALLY GET A CREDIT OF TIME BACK ON THAT MACHINE OR ANOTHER..OLOT OF AISLE ROOM..FOLDING ROOM..COUNTER SPACE..AND A NEW TOILET FICTURE WHICH MOSTLY INSURES GOOD CONSISENTENT OPERATION FOR PATRONS..IN ADDITION..THERE IS AN ASIAN TAKEOUT..A SPANISH SIT DOWN CALLED RAYS WHO RUNS IT WITH HIS WIFE AND IS AWAESOME QUALITY AND QUANTITY DISHES..GOOD LOCATION..AFRICAN THRIFT STORE NEXT DOOR TOO..KINDA FULL PARK I NG ATEA DUE TO 4 BUSINESSES THERE BUT WITH DOME STREET PARKING AND 16 SPOTS INSIFE..SOMEHOW ALWAYS MANAGES TO WORK OUT...WILL SHORTLY BE DOING SEVERAL OTJER REVIEWS FOR LAUNDROMATS SOON..KEEP CHECKIN..KEEP TRUE..!!!

I have been getting my laundry fluff and fold style done for years here. This is a great place to get your laundry done at a reasonable price. Love the smell of the detergent they use. I am disabled and they are very helpful to helping me load and unload my laundry into the car. The only thing I would say is the folding part is not very consistent. The rest is great. Thank you for your service.

This place is great! Jessica was super helpful. I had an emergency-my washer and dryer stopped working and had several loads to wash (including uniforms for work). Originally went to another place just couple blocks away but was met with very unfriendly service so came here. And was pleasantly surprise by great service and great prices. Chose Fluff & Fold, Jessica told me she (or somebody else) will call me at 3pm, the same day and my laundry will be ready the same day. And it was! She called me at 3pm and I picked shortly after. Everything was neatly folded and placed in bags. Outstanding service, definitely will be back again! Highly recommended
