I like this place,clean and organized most of the time, employees so far helpful, 4 stars cause the machines for adding money do not read cards fast enough, has issues reading them, other than that it's a nice place to do laundry

It's a very nice laundry mat but the Spanish fat guy with a lot of tattoos that is here right now he is rude and gets mad with the customers went. They want use the. Restrooms he is. Just focus on his graffiti on his hats. They. Need. Someone else here

Not only are these machines overpriced, they do not take coins and require that you buy a laundry card. That in itself wouldn't be so bad except they have a crooked pricing system that ensures you will never be able to spend all the money you put on your card. On top of that they require you to put a minimum of $5 dollars at a time on the laundry card and it displays your first and last name on the screen when you use it. Who knows how much other personal information is on it. Not only is their pricing structure designed to make it where you can't spend all your money, the attendants are horrendously rude. My first visit will definitely be my last and only there.

A little pricey but that's because of hot water. You will always find this place clean and an available washer to your need. Staff are always around and you can even pay for you laundry to be done here. Also they have water machines, you can see the filtration systems, so you know it's filtered water.

No refunds but if they are registered with your name you can collect the money from the 3 slots and use it. The points of the cards are also accumulated and if you make 300 points they give you $ 3.00 for washing.
We are very sorry that this occurred and will be speaking with the attendant. Pronto should have been open at 6:30. Although this was only 5 minutes earlier than the time of your post, we understand that your time is valuable and that many who come at this time have their own time commitments later in the day. Again, we apologize and will endeavor to do better.
Thanks for asking. Last Friday afternoon we experienced an electrical power surge that damaged some of our electrical components; preventing all of the machines from operating. We have located replacement parts, which should arrive sometime Monday and we hope to open immediately thereafter. Very likely by Tuesday morning we will resume regular working hours. On Friday afternoon, Pronto experienced a power surge that temporarily disabled our machines. Pronto will reopen as soon as our equipment is repaired. We expect to make repairs Monday ( July 15) and be open no later than Tuesday Morning ( July 16). We apologize for this disruption of service, and any inconvenience to our customers. Yes, We are open, although I understand our attendant was a few minutes late in arriving today. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will try to do better going forward.
I depends upon what size machine you need and the day and time when you come to Pronto. Pronto has machines that wash 2 loads, 3 loads, 4 & 1/2 loads and 8 loads. Generally the bigger machines offer lower cost per load than the smaller machines. Also before 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Pronto lowers the price of every washing machine, so customers can save by washing then.
Open Monday-Sunday from 6:30am-10:30pm. Last wash is at 9:00pm
