I bouht a pair of Danner boots in to resoled as BootCo prices were better than what I could have gotten in the area. I dropped them off and picked them up a week later. Less than a month later the soles started to come off. I brought them back and they were resoled and repaired without charge. I am now a customer for life and will tell all my friends to buy here too, great prices and awesome customer service

Update! * 7 months and the boots are holding up nice! I wear them four days a week 10hour shifts at the hospital! Great boots! Purchased a pair of light weight boots. I visited close to five different footwear places that were not helpful at all with my needs in a boot. About to give up and looked at Google suggestions and noticed this shop. It was my last option. Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for your help and I'll be recommending your store to my friends and family. I have high arches, plantar fasciitis, and a bone spur. Custom Inserts weren't enough support so adding boots to help support my anckles were a must.
