This was the WORST court system I have ever taken part in. They are horrible with communicating any time of deadlines. They don’t communicate resolutions with DMVs from other states, but only communicate conflicts with those same DMVs. They do not pick up the phone. If anyone tells you they are going to do something, unless you check on them weekly, it doesn’t get done. Very careless. Awful experience all-around. If I had money, I would sue because I am now facing financial repercussions for their mistakes.

The Clerk of Court’s Office is the correct agency to file divorce paperwork. The cost for filing a divorce is $225.00 plus a $30.00 service fee if serving by sheriff.
Go up there Monday morning and get on the fta docket. You will have to pay a $25 fine then they should give u another court date
