Guys, your service system needs serious work. I didn't have any issues with rudeness, it was just a bad experience. I made an appointment online a week ago for a power steering issue. When I brought my truck in expecting to drop it off for the day or next day, I was told it would sit in the queue for another 7 days before even being looked at. NOTHING to indicate that when making the appointment. I know also that they will have to order a part(s) and that will take probably another week. In the meantime, despite being drivable, I would not be able to take the vehicle. I don't know what the point of making an appointment is just to drop it off for another week. There is no reason the truck needs to sit idle on the lot for 7 days. I could easily bring it back when the techs are ready to look at it, but that's apparently "not how it works" despite not having a good explanation of why. I don't doubt there is a 7-day queue, but why did I need to make an appointment a week out just to drop it off? I could have done that on day 1! The appointment time should be at or very near the service time, else what is the point of the appointment system at all? Needless to say, I was not expecting nor had I prepared myself or my truck contents for an unnecessary 2+ week stay so I'll bring it somewhere else that can tell me when they actually can look at it. Anyway, point is, the system they are using to process service tickets is absolutely terrible. Expectations need to be set at the time of booking the appointment.

It was my 1st visit to Gainesville Dodge Jeep dealership since moving nearby. Came to have some service maintainence work on my 2016 Wrangler Rubicon. After checking in with Service Dept. I wandered out on to the lot where the New Wranglers were residing in the shade with my wife to look at the latest. Shortly after I heard a voice behind me inquiring about which one I liked best. Now mind you I had Absolutely No Interest in buying a new vehicle, I have been very happy with my 2016 Rubicon! This voice belonged to a Young Man named Jansen as he introduced himself to us. After chatting about many of the features of this 2022 Rubicon 4XE..which I quickly became quite impressed with..Jansen was such a Professional and alittle persistent asking if I would like to hear it run, go for a drive, etc. Which I quickly denied and told him to not waste his time on me...just kicking tires waiting for my Rubicon to be serviced. Well as we continued to chat about Jeeps, he continued to tell me more and more about this one that I really liked, I decided to give in a bit and let him determine what kind of deal was available. YES! I drove home a 2022 that day and parted ways with my 2016. The vehicle sold itself. BUT Jansen made it happen. So impressed with this Southern Gentlemen, his polite nature..just a Genuine soul that he is...this dealership should be very proud of him! He is a Natural, he handled us with kind gloves, was not pushy and was able to allow me to consider taking a different vehicle home that day. He worked his tail off! He said that he strives for 10 Star Service...he was above and beyond 10 Stars..Sky is the limit for Jansen! So to sum this up, I'm thrilled with the new Rubicon 4XE...more Happy that I/we have met Jansen Johns. You are going places in your future.

I’m pretty over trying to get someone’s attention at Gainesville Jeep/Dodge… I have called, messaged, emailed, texted and still do not have contact with anyone who can schedule the “free” service I am supposed to get for my new Renegade Trailhawk that I purchased in February 2022. The guy that “answers” messages on their website appears to reside on another planet than earth… I was assured that they would send me a notice in August, 2022 for a free oil change and tire rotation. But all efforts to reach someone are failing. So - has ANYONE EVER managed to get what you are promised by this dealership? Who do I need to contact to be heard? Thanks for any help.
