Call and ask for Bryan Barton! Made my Tundra buying super easy. I called 15 dealerships around Jacksonville and made the trip out to Gainesville due to price and service from Bryan.

The absolutely best place to get a new car!! Mychal Means and Darrell Cook done everything in their power to put me in a new car. These 2 men are an asset to Gatorland Toyota! I never believed I would be able to get a brand new car! Thank you so much Mychal and Darrell! So I left the above review a year a go and I was extremely impressed with the people at Gatorland but today I am not. I bought my car with 93 miles on it and I love my car, we was told everything was covered under the warranty, that was a lie, so we take my car in yesterday and it's the axle and its gonna cost us 866 dollars and change, I tried to work out a plan where I would give them 500 dollars a week from today and 100 every 2 weeks until its paid off and I can't get my car until its paid off entirely! These are the same people who a year ago let me drive my car off the lot with the promise that my husband and I would be back the following Friday with 3500 dollars and today they are saying that he got turned down for 866 dollars credit??? How? We have paid our payments on time and to be treated like this is ridiculous and embarrassing. And of course nobody can help us! This is three different reviews from over the last two years. Today I took my car in for my 5000 mile service and I was in and out and the service was excellent, Ian was the service advisor and he was very professional and I didn't wait long! A great experience!

We were driving home from Florida to Michigan and our Chrysler Town & Country blew a cylinder. The Chrysler dealership said they couldn't service it for 3 weeks, so we decided to buy a new car since the old one had 186,000 miles. After receiving a very high quote from the Chrysler dealership, we went to Gatorland Toyota. They had 3 Sienna's on the lot, and one was perfect for our needs. Kyle was our sales person, and he was terrific. He knew our situation, and did everything possible to give us a fair price and get us back on the road. Even when we were traveling three weeks later and we had not received our new registration and license plate, Kyle over-nighted us a new temporary plate. I have nothing but the highest praise for Kyle, Ryan Wise, Paul McArthur and Tyler Hill! EDIT: I still highly recommend purchasing from Gatorland, but if at all possible, avoid working with Mel Hayes in the finance department. He misled me on their warranty contracts; he does not know how the products work. For example, he told me that it was an OEM product, and it wasn't. He also said the length of the contract (in miles) would be added on to the used cars mileage and it wasn't. Then it took over four months to get a refund, and he would only reply if the General Manager was copied on emails.

Dayton was great and got me a great deal, was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. Very fast paced and straight forward. Got me my dream car and most definitely will be going back to him for my future car purchases.

Possibly good deals as year's end is coming. New cars obviously available but usually large assortment of used cars
12-6pm Sunday
They wear masks and social distance
No just sales
I would have spoken to the manager and asked what kind of place they were running. Also if their agents were scamming people to get them into their dealership. They probably figure that you came all that way, that they could have sold you a different car.
What make?
