Charged me a fortune to get a new key programmed and is making me wait 5 days when they originally told me it would be ready the next day. Offered no help and chalked it up we can’t control FedEx even though overnight weekend delivery doesn’t wait until the next business day 2 days later on a Monday. Very cold and rude, I guess once you buy a car from them they don’t care about you.

I have purchased four vehicles fem this dealership and am still amazed at customer service and products that are SECOND TO NONE! Charles was wonderful to work with! A salesmen that works with you from start to finish this industry is hard to find. People who purchase these type of products know what they want and don’t have time to BS around playing ping pong with trade in values and sale prices and the gentlemen at BMW of Gainesville will not waste your time! The GM Tyler even personally reached out to thank me for my loyalty to the brand as well as their dealership. This speaks volumes to the gratitude they have for their customers!
