I usually have a good experience at the Ale house. But this particular night, it was a game night. The service was horrible. Our waitress only came around once and that was to bring the food out. Hell I don't even think so brought our food. The atmosphere is as always loud, but that's ok, I love game nights. But please have good customer service.

Revised: 9.13.2022 Just FYI this was the first time I had this dish and I have had it 3 times after and it does not look like this or taste like this. So if you want this, make sure the Regional Manager is in the restaurant.. After many many disappointing meals we still went in hopes that things would be better. Today was just that!! We had Mr. Hodge the Regional Manager come to speak with us and things that were going on be knew nothing about was corrected at that moment. Today I had the new Scampi Chicken Pasta and omg it was amazing. My husband had his usual Buffalo Chicken sandwich and it was one of the best he's had. Just hoping they keep up the amazing job.

They sure are. For your safety and ours, and to keep Miller’s Ale House comfortable for everyone, we ask that guests 2 and older wear masks when moving about in public spaces. Once you’re seated at your table though it’s masks off, game on!
