Call before you go, I have gone 5 times over the summer only for the door to be locked during open hours or a sign that says be back in 30 minutes but no time as to when they left so you know when they'll be back. Terrible customer serviceI do apologize sir. I assure you during May - Sept we are here 9-6 Mon thru Fri and Sat 9-2 without ever closing for lunch. We also always have at least 4 in the shop during those months. Because we are a seasonal business our hours do change periodically and our hours do decrease. if here alone in October or March I will close and leave a note on the door, returning in 30 minutes as to catch a bite to eat real quickly. I apologize you came down yesterday and we had changed hours to close early on Tuesdays & Saturdays. If you could call me and let me know when you came during the summer I'd love to discuss further with you. Thanks for your business!!
