Had a great experience purchasing my car here from Judy, but when I went for the first service, Marion was extremely rude, curt, and absolutely unwilling to help me with my requests. Constantly shrugging, sighing, and rolling her eyes. Edward, service manager, however was polite, courteous, and changed my mind on coming back here for future service appointments.

I called multiple times for help to get my Subaru Outback fixed. The last time the lady who answered seemed very confused and said she was sitting in for someone else, so I asked to speak to someone who would know about what I need fixed. She said no one was available and she took my phone number and said they would call me back. A full day later someone did call but I was unable to answer the phone because I was driving. They didn't bother to leave me a voice message so I have no idea who called. It has now been a week and I have not heard from anyone. This is not the first time I had this issue with this Subaru dealership. I don't understand how the Nelson Ford is so great but the Subaru staff is so poor at customer service. It is very frustrating. Regarding your response; either you are confusing me with someone else or you are blatantly lying. The ONLY call I received from Nelsons Subaru was on 08/12/2022 at 11AM and no voicemail was left. The proof is right on my phone.

Nelson Kia Subaru was an amazing place to shop for an affordable car for my elderly mother. Mike worked diligently to offer a car with all the safety features I wanted her to have at a price point she could afford on a small fixed income. I also greatly appreciated that Mike and no one else at the dealership tried to pressure her to buy the car or to “upsell” extra features she didn’t need such as gap insurance, maintenance packages (although this was offered), or any other products. They were very respectful of her budget! Mike was especially kind, courteous, respectful, and very helpful to find the best car at the most affordable price for her. Mom and I highly recommend the folks at Nelson Kia Subaru!

We had Dearl helping us at the dealership. He helped make it one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! I definitely recommend this dealership and especially Dearl. Everyone was very nice and made us feel welcome. No one pressured, they answered all our questions. Fast easy! We will be buying from them in the future!
