My wife and I bought a fence to be installed around our home. This was a $6800.00 job . Salesman was nice, and said they would be in contact soon about installing what we had paid for. 3 weeks after we last heard from them, we'd heard nothing about installation. After calling their call center and speaking to 16 different people over the next 6 weeks, we still had nothing. Everyone was nice and said they would find out what the problem was and would let us know when it would be installed. NOT ONE OF THE 16 EVEN RETURNED MY CALL. EVER!! After 6 more weeks I went into the store and spoke to an assistant manager who said he'd let us know something. 3 days later, I still heard nothing. We're now over 2 months after purchase and still no fence. Called the store and finally spoke to store manager Mike who had someone contact me 2 days later to set up a time to bring our and set up our fence. Brothers Construction did a very admirable job of installing everything once they had all the parts. They are the only reason I'm giving Lowe's a 2 star. Otherwise they would deserve a one star or lower. I'm One very disappointed consumer, who had also purchased $ 4600.00 worth of appliances the week before the fence. I'll never choose Slowes for another install job.

This place is a complete joke and a half. I really wish Martinsville would get a Home Depot that way Lowe’s can go out of business. All well. Between the people on cellphones, management having team meetings with 10 other people where products are located and the people standing around. If they are not gonna bag up my products, then why do they even scan them…… Please Home Depot save us

We are adding a bathroom to our home and out of an entire bathroom the only things they had in stock were a toilet, sink faucet and a light fixture. If you display items you should keep them in stock. The employee trying to help us just suggested to go to another store or come back an the 3 different days the other items were estimated to come in. ( those dates are not guaranteed) The first gentleman I asked for help acted like he was too busy putting up returns to help me. . Not recomme d.

I would contact Lowes corporate, complain about the store you went to, tell them your trouble and they will get it corrected. Plus the stores are hiring, so they might not have enuff staff for all departments. It's a great store to work for if they can get plenty of people. That is my suggestion.
