How the heck can I get anyone to answer the phone, you know, an actual real person? We can't reach anyone so that we can get an incorrect delivery corrected. It's awful.

I would contact Lowes corporate, complain about the store you went to, tell them your trouble and they will get it corrected. Plus the stores are hiring, so they might not have enuff staff for all departments. It's a great store to work for if they can get plenty of people. That is my suggestion.

Try calling the number but don't push any buttons... if no luck 18004456937 is the company customer service number sometimes they will do a 3 way call. Had the same problem.
