Took our cat last week because he was having problems urinating. Was told he had idiopathic cystitis and if there were any changes to his condition to call and they would get him urgently. Today he was peeing blood, called and was basically told "sorry we're booked you'll have to call somewhere else". Was able to get him in at another vet who told me he's had an infection and sediment in his bladder and that he should have been given an antibiotic and special diet last week and also should have had more testing done at that visit. We're out a lot of money now due to our cat not having proper testing or being told that we needed to have more testing done somewhere else for him.
