One way rental from Albany Ny to Tampa Fl. Customer service at the Colonie Center location in Albany was excellent. I was given a new Chrysler Pacifica for the trip at a good price. No problems at all. Will definitely use Budget again.

What a nightmare!! Prepaid with my debit card-no problem-came to pick it up-the deposit couldn't be placed on a debit card! No where was that mentioned on the website

Please stay away from this company - or at least this location. I received the car 25 min early, which changed my drop-off time to 25 min early as well. I was not told this so when I brought the car back they hit me with a whole new day. In all fairness it was in small print on my rental agreement but I feel like this should be told when someone picks up a car early. Maybe I am wrong there. I understand that these policies are put in place to increase profits and are not the employees fault. The young black woman was very nice (totally compassionate) but when she brought out a taller skinny white man to see if there was anything that could be done, he was incredibly rude. No compassion for my situation, just pure annoyance / aggression right from the start. I'd happily pay the extra day just to never have contact with that man again. He has no business being in customer service whatsoever. Poor policies from the company (imho) and rude workers? I'll take my business elsewhere Budget

This is the first time I have rented a car in my life. Budget was the cheapest I could find. I received a Kia Soll. It was perfect. Shannel was the only worker on duty. She did a fantastic job under extreme pressure. I was very happy to see her 7 days later when I returned my rental. I highly recommend
