Loved our time living in Fore Ranch. Great neighborhood. Close to groceries, shopping, hospital. My children loved living close to so many neighborhood children, made it easy to make friends. Amenities are wonderful (pool, clubhouse, gym, bb court, etc). We've moved but kept our house as a rental property and it has been a wonderful source of passive income. Highly recommend this neighborhood.

Extremely overeaching HOA, the “security” has harassed me and the guests/family at my home multiple times simply for just being out at night. Asking for identification and address. Very unsafe neighborhood. P.S. You will be fined for parking in the street in-front of your home. ($30 each ticket).
