Clearly there are workers just standing around and several customers in here and they’re ‘closed’. My daughters phone doesn’t work and hasn’t all day-just drove here from work and they refused to help or unlock The door. I think it’s illegal To have the doors locked with customers inside a building-I pay way too much money for these phones and service for this kind of treatment

They meet you outside with mask on and ask if you have an appointment. If there's occupancy availability inside they'll take you in without an appointment. If there isn't, you'll have to wait. They're taking safety seriously.
When they call and you ignore it, there is an option below the number that says block number. Another way is going into your recent calls and you can block the numbers by touching the number then touch the "details" option and it'll give you the option to block that number.
I'm pretty sure that they go by your credit I'm not fond of Verizon honestly They are not the friendliest at this location.
