Horrible front desk worst in my life that I have every seen, not willling to work with you trying to figure out a solution. My mother has a neck problem and she needs a interpreter which they can not provide and the interpreter we hire is willing to interpret through phone. The front seat tells me that they have to see the interpreter In person or else they can not diagnose! It’s not the interpreter that is Ill it’s my mother and they are not willing to see her because they can not see the interpreter? And the front seat tells me they can not have an interpreter through the phone to do the translating. So I ask if they can find an interpreter they said no and I can not have a interpreter on phone and he said “ there is nothing I can tell you” there is nothing he can do. And I ask he can not do anything? There is nothing they can do so he is implying that my mother should just suffer the pain and he just hang up on me.
