My mother lives there. Cleanliness of the apartments has always been an issue. And now, it's been changed so that her apartment only gets cleaned every 2 weeks instead of every week like it used to be. In addition, something that really bothers me is that last week she asked for a yogurt at dinnner to take for her breakfast the next morning since she NEVER goes down for breakfast. However, they told her that they are not allowed to give her yogurt at dinner because it would be like her getting 2 desserts. Since she NEVER eats breakfast, that seems really petty.

I do not know. You should call the local building department. They should be able to guide you or refer you to some agency that can help you
Not assisted living, not nursing home, but independent living, congregate dining and activities, physical therapy onsite, pool, villas, lots couples, some MCI residents but few AD, those hire contractor CDA caregivers help ADL. Nice, friendly, come and have a meal with us and see.
