At Sweetwater Oaks the standard size home site, 50'x100', rents for $487/mo. Water, sewer and trash is included in the monthly lot rent. Larger home sites rents are higher with 75'x100' sites being $563/mo and 100'x100' sites at $603/mo. We are a pet friendly community and have a small dog park. However our guidelines suggest only 2 pets with a 30 weight limit each at mature age. Sorry

Good morning Anita, Our monthly lot rental for the standard 50' x 100' home site is only $452. All home site rentals include water, sewer, trash and park amenities. Larger home sites are slightly more. 75' x 100' is $528 and 100' x 100' is $568. We have no HOA, so no fees there. We have a Social Committee of residents who plan and run most of the activities. There is a once a year Pass-on Tax that residents pay in January, this year it's $215.51 per lot or portion thereof. We are a Land Lease Community where the residents own their home and lease the home site for us. Sometimes we will have a home rental but not that often. No. The only additional charge beyond the monthly lot rental fees are an annual pass-on tax which home owners pay in January. This was only $154.59 for the standard size lot in January 2018.
