TL;DR Misdiagnosing/expensive/dishonest Had to use this vet once for emergency. Overcharge compared to other places. About twice as much for same service compared to my regular vet. Also charges base charge for just coming in. And they ended up misdiagnosing my puppy's cough. They said roundworm in the lung but ended up being a kennel cough. Completely wrong yet so expensive. I called today to ask if they can sell one dose of flea/tick med while my mail order is in transit. Receptionist told me it is on backorder. I know it is a lie because she didn't even verify my dog's info for weight. The med I asked for is available at every online pet pharmacy. If there is a good reason for not selling it, then they should say it, not just spew out low effort lie and insult people. My guess is that they want you to come in for that base rate before dispensing one dose of flea/tick med.

Very responsive. Loved my lab puppy and gave him the best. We're honest about his needs and considerate to our feelings (and wallets). Dr. Fiormante is an awesome vet. Pumpkin is aggressive and he gives her specialized care. I would not take my cat anywhere else. I have been coming here for years. Karina was the best assistant for Pumpkin. I trust Dr. Fiormanti with Pumpkin’s life.

The staff at TVH is the best and has taken amazing care of our 3 cats for years! They were compassionate and explained all options for care when we had to put our dog down last year. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care from an experienced team.
