The worst travel experience ever. Bus was super late and there was no updates when waiting at the station. If you have to be somewhere on time don't use this company. Highly disappointed travelers

I paid for a business ticket and the bus barely had air conditioning. Very old bus. Come prepared to sweat. I would never imagine I would have this so unpleasant experience...

It won't be a bus, It will be a shuttle. Should arrive by front of building I would think, check your ticket. 😁

I would call them. I could see a service dog brought onboard. If it's a small dog, possiblity of the dog being in a pet carrier create and purchasing an additional seat. However, the RedCoach busses do not stop frequently, so walking the dog might be a issue. Also, the company has to have all passengers in mind, some people are alergic to pet dander. With that being said, my dog would have loved going with me on RedCoach, huge windows to watch the all of the cars and traffic.
Do you need to print your red coach bus ticket or can you just use the confirmation email?

No need to print, keep the email available on your smart phone. When I checked in, the driver just asked everyone their name and checked off a printed list he had.
