Edit: originally a 5, but care, follow-up after testings, prices, and scheduling availability went downhill in 2022. Still waiting for results on testing done a few months and a sick appointment for my pet was over a month out. Was told to take my pet to emergency center for an ear discharge?!?! No, I will just switch vets. Hope it gets back to what it once was. Maybe then, I'll return.

The receptionists are so rude and unhelpful! Both my husband and I have had encounters with a woman receptionist there who’s been so incredibly rude for what seems like no reason. Whether calling to make an appt or asking about if there’s a medication we can get for traveling with our pet. the lady literally scoffs, says use spray goodbye. We’ve tried the spray and it hasn’t helped. We didn’t even get to ask the questions we had. Other pet owners recommended a kind of sleeping pill for long car rides but we couldn’t get any info. But we knew it’s the rude lady so we’re done bothering. Don’t waste your time!! Humane league, please get someone who cares about the pets
