I went in there last week. I was dealing with one lady and she was great but there is a Lady name Nancy that kept interrupting us. They lost a sale from me because Nancy kept trying to sell me something I wasnt intressted in.

Brought my ring in here a month ago to make sure my prongs holding my center stone weren’t loose because they already broke once and felt loose again. The lady wasn’t friendly to begin with but that is the least of my concern. The same lady called two weeks later to say she just got back from vacation and didn’t know how to tell the repair what I want. (The same exact question she asked while I was there) and now here I am a month later and still no ring. But glad she had a nice vacation! Lol
