It's by the hour and not too expensive. I dont know the exact rate but I'm inclined to say around a dollar an hour
Should be ok .. as long as it's not to tall.. to go under bridge. make sure you go out at high tide.. can be shallow
Oh yeah, brackish, several canal systems. Good fishing, gotta know the spots though
