There are a great group of people that work there including the doctor that I met. You can tell everyone cares about the patient.

I like the dr and staff , Temeeka is wonderful, only issue is lately more than an hour and a half wait after scheduled appointment to be seen for 5 minutes.

One star is for the facility’s policies and practices coupled with the draconian nature of the office/nursing staff. If I were rating the doctor, he would receive five-stars-plus for medical expertise and no stars at all for management of support staff. Let me be clear: The staff members are not rude. In fact, they are quite cordial. However cordial they are, they are there to serve themselves and to shield the doctors from the patients. The result is that follow-up care after a procedure is poor—impersonal and uncaring. On the positive side, the nurses’ out-of-hand-out-of-sight handling of my concerns did save the doctor the time and trouble of speaking to an ailing patient. I wonder if the doctor even knew I called three times over a week’s time reporting moderate to severe discomfort.

Unfortunately we cannot help patients with tinnitus. You may need to see an ear, nose and throat doctor (otolaryngologist). You may also need to work with a hearing expert (audiologist).

Do you do medication with shots? How much is an office visit without insurance?

Alex Hernandez | Sep 15, 2020
Christine Hannigan | Sep 15, 2020

I do not get shots... I get oral pain medication. Without insurance it was $250. But it may have changed. It has been several years since then. With insurance.. it usually is a $20 Co pay. You will most likely need a referral from your regular Doctor. You can also look into medical marijuana if you have no insurance it might be cheaper if you are able to get relief that way.
