It was fairly busy. Not much dock space when you get three or for boats and a pair of jet skis trying to all use it at one time. But it is an okay launch site. Trailer drops into a deep hole on the left side.

Pretty clean well maintained boat ramp... its a little way off the harbor but very easily accessible.

No ...just when low tide can be slick... one of my favorite ramps
No not to use the ramp.. But make sure you go real slow it's very shallow until you get out in the harbor. If you want to park your car or truck and trailer I think it's like 5 bucks for the whole day.
