I have had good experiences when getting healthcare here. They do tele and video appointments. They are very responsive when you call in, I have never had an issue. My primary Doctor, Dr. Kim is awesome. I have not had great experiences in the past with other locations but I trust the Naples location.

The females are very kind and respectful. There is one male that sits up front who is very rude and clearly shows he doesn’t care about anyone. When talking to him he just wants to speed through the conversation to get you to go away he is not helpful at all

My father, WW II Vet, was given an appointment for his hearing aids to be repaired. He arrives and miraculously there is no appointment. I spoke to a receptionist who gave me the day and time. He waited for 2 months!!!!

You have to schedule and go to Lee County VA for ophthalmology and pharmacy. Pharmacy you can have mailed to you. Use MyHealtheVet.
Just set an appointment up hopefully it's over a month before they can see you then ask for the choice program then you can see a doctor close too you
If you are an honorably discharged veteran you can go to the VA clinic in Naples or Cape Coral and get a picture ID, you need your form DD214, if you don't have it you have you get it, if you're not in the VA system, their will help you with that also
your primary doctor needs to first put in an order for whatever blood tests need to be done. then you call walk into the lab without an appointment

The VA clinic in Naples is an excellent Clinic! Personnel was quite helpful and friendly as well. Willing to offer helpful suggestions and explain further opportunities available to veterans. I recommend them highly!

Dental services are not offered at the clinic. If you are a veteran, there are services at Cape Coral. Depending on the veteran's percentage level, allows for how much is covered. I hope this helps.
