I Will NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE. if you are looking for a bad deal this is the place. They never pay attention to what they explain to you, and when you have to return they get annoyed and treat you in the worst way. Thanks GOD the naples residents even if we are not rich, have different place to go, because they are the only people you can see while you wait they are very helpful. Maybe they forget we all have the same rights as citizens of this great country.

Got right in and out paying my property taxes. I had no wait at all. Workers were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a DMV. I was literally brought to tears once I got back into the car. I went home, got the added information I needed and drove three times the distance to another location. As a teacher I don't get the opportunity to be rude to an irate parent (I wasn't irate by the way, just frustrated..no raised voice just a simple comment about not having their website complete with the information that might keep people from having to return.)I will never return to this location.
