I was moved into a Place for 1,825 Was removed from the program Was not getting paid enough to afford The rent, gas, electric, trash , water And had to buy beds to sleep on And everything I didn’t have Could not get any resources because they did not travel to the county I lived in They didn’t renew my lease, lost my job an Tammy removed me from the program when I told her I was going to lose my job Would not put me back in the program Being taken to court by Mcdoc now because I could not offered the rent for the last month I had to give everything I had got when I moved in away to Salvation Army and other people because I have no were to take it. The shelter said they could not do anything for me and had no other resources And I am leaving this place in a bad situation than how I came in this place Being charged for court fees and rent owing money I never owed any one before How can a shelter work with a realty that discriminates against people coming out these situations And the shelter do not care Tammy uses the money and program According to how she likes you How can you put someone in a place and the bills are over 2,100 month who has nothing coming out a situation like this And then stop helping them You will have to be making over 45,000 to 48,000 to afford this place and I was not making that I brought home 2000 month and received child support when ever he paid it over my head with bills Know I’m digging my self out a whole With nothing once agian I would like to know who is over this program and why would they do this to anyone

Director Rose threatened to send me back to the abuser but I am strong and will fight 💪 Empower house was pointless...only to possibly kill your children and director got my children taken away from me with CPS for trivial reasons

Do not give this place money,I was brought my first time by police they were trying to help my daughter and I out of a very abusive home,we left but I finally wanted help and came back only to be told at least I speak English and they have women from other countries come here who can't even speak English then I was told to go to the library to do my own research.I ended up back in the situation and still am,thanks empower house.
