The language amongst the employees is always inappropriate. They never have stickers to put in your car window so you can know when you come in for your next oil change. I always have to ask them to put air in my tires otherwise they just walk away and don't do it. This is where my dad brings his car so this is why I bring his car for him but I'm ready to go someplace else.

Stay away from this place! I got charged over $110.00 for an oil change and they didn't even give me the $10.00 discount when I showed them the coupon. No oil change should cost over $100.00!

I went in for a top off. The old man put coolant in the washer fluid reservoir. I asked to talk to the manager on the way out. Sharif actually said both 'I wasn't out there' and 'I'm on a break'. He gave me his card. An hour later the car told me that the tire pressure was low. I guess they didn't get to that while putting coolant in the washer fluid. It was then that I called the number on the card to talk to Sharif. I got the Weymouth store instead of the Dot store, they told me a regional Manger would call me. I'm still waiting. JUST DONT GO TO THE DOT LOCATION. ITS NOT WORTH RISKING SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR.

I needed the fluids topped off and air in my tires. I pulled into Jiffy lube on Gallivan Blvd today and was greeted with a huge hello. Marquis and Mwase we're so friendly and welcoming. What a nice surprise. They took really good care of me and I was in my way in minutes. I'll be back that's for sure.
