Instead of accepting help for animals in need, they "hold" certain animals for themselves or people they know. Then they make excuses for why the animals are no longer available. This goes for both fostering and adopting. Tracy is especially rude and condescending. I have all of the emails and communications for anyone who would like to see how they operate. It is sad they don't accept people willing to help. There are millions of animals being killed that need foster/adoption homes. By selfishly holding certain animals for themselves, they are taking up space that could be used for another animal. This completely contradicts the mission of saving as many animal lives as possible.
