Not at this time. Typically yes. However, we are currently blessed with an overabundance of clothing. Please keep us in mind, and check in with our needs list on our website: https://brisbencenter.org/immediate-needs/ Thank you!
Animals that are "certified" "Service Animals/Dogs", are allowed in the shelter. Animals that are not "Service Animals", are not allowed in shelter.
Contact Fredericksburg food bank for a listing of days that they assist the public and where the mobile truck will be located. Salvation Army also has food Tuesday &Thursday on Lafayette Blvd. Keep smiling 😃 and please be kind Good night.
I'm not sure, I believe you can go in and talk to someone though.
Yes. The shelter does have Wi-Fi for residents.
Yes, there is a Fred stop right out front. I haven't used it but I understand it comes once an hour.

What is "eiom"?
That depends. Lengths of stay in the shelter are based upon the resident's individual needs, working on their plan for re-housing, meeting the Code of Conduct (mostly safety related), and regulatory requirements. The Brisben Center is committed to working "with" residents to achieve sustained re-housing: not return to homelessness.
Please call this number for more information: 540-358-5801 and availability.
Apparently, nothing these days with the dictator, I mean, director, they have now. It is sad what has come of this place, but their are other resources in town who actually believe in assisting people get back on their feet. Just make sure you do your part, but don't take abuse from anyone. God bless and best of luck to you!
